It was a night T.K. Gorman coach Reggie Wilson always knew Kevin Navetta had in him.
The junior running back rushed for 147 yards on just 15 carries, including stepping off a 77-yard touchdown to pull the Crusaders (0-3) within two points in an eventual 38-27 loss to Union Grove.
Navetta upped his season total to 195 yards on 37 carries in the process.
Joining Navetta in the limelight was senior Tim Wilson. From his strong safety position, the 5-6, 150 pounder accounted for at least a dozen tackles in the loss, "living in the Union Grove backfield all night," Wilson said.

Way to Go Tim! Congratulations on the recognition of your great effort in last Friday’s game against Union Grove. Could we have a new “Minister of Defense” here?
